See your doctor: It is unclear what is going on. Your medication , if you are on some, may need to be evaluated in light of your symptoms. The flu may well need to be treated if that is what it is because of your underlying disease.

i have a sore tender spot on my back  there is no redness what can it be? i also have lupus

You : You could be dealing with a cystic lesion, lipoma (fat filled lesion) , or even the start of an infection. There is also a type of nodule in people affected lupus that starts under the skin and is very tender to the touch. It is extremely difficult to say with out a more detailed history and physical. My advice is for you to schedule a visit with your primary care provider, dermatologist, and/or rheumatologist for an evaluation and treatment.

how do you heal a discoid lupus sore on the face filled with pus?

Treat infection: Discoid lupus lesions are dry, scaly, raised circles that should not have pus.  Keep your hands away from them as much as possible.  Apply warm wet compresses until you can see a doctor about the infection.

with ra, fibermyalgia, lupus is it normal to feel achy fluish alot of the time? i just have no energy and ache so bad.  any suggestions? ?

i had septic lupus wounds removed surgically 4 months ago. the wound is now warm and sore to the touch. there is also swelling. any recommendations?

Possible infection: Swelling, redness, warmth, increased pain, drainage, and loss of function are classic signs of infection, would get it checked.

Can be a few things : Some lupus patients get ulcers in the the mouth, throat and nose. Because of dryness and or immunosuppressive medications like prednisone, you may have a yeast infection called thrush.  See your rheumatologist.

Smoking: will enhance inflammation. So recommend be evaluated with labs.

Many possibilities.: The lab tests you had are not sensitive or specific enough to rely on.  I would recommend you see a rheumatologist and have a complete evaluation.  Generalized symptoms like yours could be related to thyroid disease and other endocrine disorders or fibromyalgia if you have poor sleep.  There are also many less common disorders which could explain your symptoms.

i have lupus that is now active, i have knots all on my scalp, sore to touch, under a great deal of stress, what could it be?

See derm: Scalp sores are not part of lupus and thus you need to consult a dermatologist.  Stress tends to worsen just about everything.
