Los oxygen: Your oxygen saturation of 92% is low. At your age such low oxygen saturation is important. You need to see a lungs specialist at the earliest.

EXPANSION: The cold air expands in your lungs when it heats up. Try breathing through your nose. Remember to tell your doctor about this so he / she can measure your lung capacity, have a listen and check a few other things.

Right lung pain: This does not sound serious.  The pain may be originating in your ribs, the lung or the lining of your lungs (pleura).  Did you recent have a fall or hurt your self, or a recent cold or infection with cough.  Try not to worry, but if it gets worse then see your doctor for a check up.

No: Lisinopril does not cause respiratory pain.  The pain can be muscular or due to an inflamed lining of your lung (pleurisy) or heart (pericarditis). Testing may be necessary to distinguish them.

Get seen: Any lung or chest pain can be serious.  People can get a spontaneous collapse of their lung that can cause the symptoms you mention.  You should get checked.

Weed Pain: Smoking any burning substance such as weed/grass/marijuana  creates irritation in the respiratory tract which, as with smoking tobacco, can lead to infection.  Bronchitis or pneumonia can follow. Get thee to your family physician asap!

Pleuritic pain?: This could be caused by so-called Pleuritic pain. The sticky lung surface is rubbing your inner chest. The question is why this occurs. If it last longer, and your develop breathing difficulty, dizziness, let your doctor know immediately.   Best luck!
