See below: I would certainly get that checked sooner than later.  Could be infectious, could also be a malignancy.   Any recent illness?  Cat scratch or something similar?  Any other symptoms?

Swelling: Any type of unusual swelling or skin lesions with ulceration or continued growth in size should be evaluated by an otolaryngologist.

No, watch &amp; wait: Check the node every couple of weeks. If it doubles in size, other nodes become enlarged, the node becomes warm and painful, or if you lose weight, then see a doctor. It may take a few months for the node to shrink even after the eczema has cleared.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Sebaceous cysts: Hard to tell without seeing them. May be a sebaceous cyst. Best to see a dermatologist who can figure this out rather quickly.

Possibly infection: If the lesions end up with scabs it sounds more likely that these lumps are infection such as a boil or abscess. However, I tend to be conservative and the lumps should be evaluated and if necessary a biopsy may be taken or if there is discharge then a culture could be taken.  See a medical provider. Good luck

you also have swollen glands from the scalp infection.Consult your doctor or a dermatologist and FET treated.

Infection: It sounds like you are developing small lymph nodes. These often form in response to infection. It would be best to see your doctor for an evaluation of your scalp and ear to try and find the source of infection so that it can be treated.

i hurt with swollen and achy joints all over. all my joints are swollen and very painful.  sore neck w tender lumps along neck going down behind ear right under under skull. felt this way since saturday march 10.  not going away, .

I : I recommend , you should consult your primary care physician so that you can be checked properly and if necessary he can order some tests and also refer you to specialist if necessary. Tender lumps may be lymph nodes because of some infection but please you need to be checked by the physician to be on safe side.
