Gynecomastia?: Small smooth soft rubbery mobile lumps within the lower chest may be fat or breast tissue. Collections under the nipple and areola can cause puffy nipples, a mild form of gynecomastia. Gynecomastia usually begins at puberty, and often resolves in a few years. If persistent, surgical removal can help. Consult with a plastic surgeon in your area to learn more.

Probable lipoma: The lump is probably a lipoma, which is a benign fat tumor.  If you see a dermatologist, they can usually tell you whether it could be anything else and whether it it worth removing it.

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. An experienced Obgyn should be able to determine the cause with an exam

That's small: 2 mm is about half the size of the diameter of a headphone jack on a cell phone or laptop. Lymph nodes are not that small, and fat globules that small probably would feel like normal skin. A tiny 2mm lump in the skin covering the sternum might be a comedone, because comedones do occur in that area, and they would be about that size. Of course, it takes an exam to help decide what the tiny lump is.

Lumps: Please get this checked out. it may be neurofibromas, given the extent of the skin involvement. if you were my patient i would obtain a biopsy and figure out whats going on. See your provider and get checked.
