Dupytren's Contractu: More than likely you have a condition called dupytren's contractures.  These show up along the tendons of the palm o f the hands and can begin to interfere with your grip and can be painful.  See your pcp or see an hand surgeon if available for an opinion.

Painful raised lumps: May be ganglion cysts especially if engage in repetitive work or trauma and if at joint areas. There are small nerve cysts.

or may be pustules/ papules that are infected. usually red,Could try bacitracin and see if helps.  Rarely could be from contractures steroids. F/U with doc/ urgent care

Dry skin: First, avoid anything that is irritating to your skin.  Use an emollient at night, and wrap your hands in plastic wrap. This will increase the hydrating properties of the emollient.  Keep yourself hydrated from the INSIDE&gt; this means at least 64oz of water every day.

Head lumps: hello ~ difficult to give you an exact diagnosis because you do not give enough history. These could be lymph nodes if they are pea-sized or they could be lipomas. This is one of those things we cannot give you and exact diagnosis unless we can see and palpate the lumps. I think a trip to the local NHS doc is in the offing? thanks
