Stone vs. tumor : Under the tongue on each side, there is a major salivary gland called the sublingual gland. If a mass arises in this gland, it could be a stone, or a growth. The likelihood of a malignancy (cancer) in this particular gland is upwards of 50%. It could also be an oral cancer outside of the gland, especially in oral tobacco users and alcoholics. An urgent evaluation by otolaryngologist is in order.

See a ENT: The sensation of a bump in the back of tongue may just be swelling due to acid reflux, but it is also possible there is a tumor below the surface of the tongue that you can't yet see. Especially if you are a smoker or drinker you should see a doctor.

Floor of Mouth Lumps: Lumps under the tongue can have a multitude of causes.  It could be anything from a plugged salivary gland to a cancerous tumor.  You need to seek the immediate help of a specialist - preferably an Oral Surgeon.  An infection in that area could also cause your throat to close and compromise your ability to even breathe.  Please do not delay getting this checked out.

Ouch!: Could be scar tissue or just swollen from the traumatic incident.  Why don't you call your dentist and have him/her take a look just to make sure everything's ok.

Need more info : Most likely it is a mucocele, a fluid filled sac that is just a salivary glad that is backed up with fluid. Could be a sublingual gland that's swollen but I'd go see your dentist or oral surgeon.
