Questionable tumor: If the lumps are along  medial margin near spine which is what protrudes when one bends forward they for the most part cant be lymph nodes.  The latter are found  toward the armpit where the major vessels are.  U.S. cant dx lymph nodes and if hard one must consider possibility of  tumor or tumors of nerve origin arising from muscles of the scapula.  Should be evaluated for possible bx.

Baker's cyst: A very common occurrence as part as knee problems is a Baker's cyst which is a fluid filled lesion that grows in the popliteal fossa or as you said back of the knee. It could be very painful especially if it breaks. If small you can treat it with warm compresses. If too big then should be evaluated for possible drainage. However, in order to have a definite diagnosis you should get seen.

Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

Hematoma: After a fall, there is inflammation and some blood accumulating from broken small blood vessels. It depends on what you are feeling. Otherwise, use warm compress on it to mobilize it. Then show it to your doctor to make sure, and proper treatment can then be instituted. Please no more falls.
