had circumcision done 10 days ago. today, i noticed a lump on the right side of my penis near where the penis meets the scrotum. lump swells up when i get partially erect. lump decreases in size when i am not erect.

Probably unrelated: In that location, it is difficult to imagine how this could have anything to do with your recent circumcision.  However, it would make sense to contact the doctor  who did the procedure.

Penis lumps: Penis lumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and counsel you for prevention.

See Dr. if persists: A bug bite, unless it gets infected, will go away in time.  If the area persists in being red, raised, etc. Than see a dr. For an official exam to get the area properly looked at and diagnosed, so any necessary treatment an occur, best wishes.

i have a cluster of flesh coloured lumps bottom end, upper-left side of my penis shaft. i have tried freezing them off but they don't disappear fully.

Stop freezing: They are most likely HAIR FOLLICLES and are in the layer BELOW the epidermis!  THEY ARE NORMAL..but if they "bother" you see a Dermatologist!

Take an aspirin : Sounds like minor injuries to penile blood vessels during sex.  They may be small blood clots. Of no significance and will probably dissapear on their own. But take an aspirin,  if you don't already and this will speed the clot lysis

Sebaceous cyst?: Hard to say without more information and direct examination, but a sebaceous cyst seems a good bet. SCs are harmless unless or until they becomes inflamed or infected (redness, enlargement, etc). No STD behaves like this, no worries there. See a doctor for examination and probable reassurance.
