Need more info 2 hel: p you What part of the eye is it located? Is it medial (corner of eye by your nose) or lateral (away toward ur temples)? How big is it? How long has it been there? What particulars do U notice? (blood vessels, discharge, color). U mentioned clear. Is is cystic? Irregular? Is it near the lid margin, on the pupil (central), by the iris (colored part of the eye). Does it itch or burn?This'll help us.

See eye doctor : If red, painful and swollen get to the er for evaluation.  If not schedule appt with eye doctor first thing this week for proper evaluation and treatment.

Stye: I am going to assume that this lump is on your eyelid and not your eyeball.  If so, most probably this is a stye or chalazion is its medical name.  Generally these are best treated with hot compresses.  When they are unresponsive and have been there awhile they may need to be removed by your eye doctor.

Chalazion: A chalazion is a small bump in the eyelid caused by a blockage of the inner eyelid oil gland. It is caused by a blocked duct in one of the meibomian glands. These glands are located in the eyelid (oil gland) directly behind the eyelashes that produce a thin, oily fluid that lubricates the eye.  If it bothers you, and ophthalmologist can remove it with surgery, local anesthesia, "cut out".

Have an oculoplastic: surgeon look at it to identify what it is, not necessarily to do any procedure on it. They are used to seeing things that grow around the eye, especially eyebrow and eyelids. You need a 2nd opinion for sure!

Eyelid lump : It could be a chalazion which is due to a blockage of an oil gland present on the eyelid. See your eye doctor for treatment.

Pinguecula: This is a pinguecula, a normal structure which the eye grows to protect itself from wind, dust and uv light.  It is normal and will cause no health or vision problem for the eyes.

Chalazion: Sounds like a chazion which is an inflamed, obstructed oil gland.  You could try warm moist compresses and topical antibiotics.  If it doesn’t go away it may need to be drained.

Stye: A stye is an inflamed oil gland on the edge of your eyelid, where the lash meets the lid. It appears as a red, swollen bump that looks like a pimple. It is often tender.Treatment starts with heating for ten minutes to thin the oil and then trying to squeeze it out. If not successful in draining it, one goes to the eye md for surgical drainage. Rosacea is a risk factor.
