Unlikely: Fat necrosis is one of the common causes of a nodule in the skin after trauma.  Cancer usually does not develop within weeks, so that seems unlikely.  Was it possible there was lump there before, and you only notice it now after the injury?  Without an age, there are some other possibilities that could be seen: gout, arthritis, etc.

lump inside crease of my elbow came back inconclusive. now i have to go to a surgeon. does this sound like cancer?

Many possibilities: There are many entities that could cause bumps under the skin. One course of action could be to see a dermatologist. They would be able to evaluate the lesions and determine whether biopsy is warranted.

saw an ortho doc for bony lump in arm. after x-ray they said it was  bone & result of elbow ligament bunching up. said there were changes in bone but not cancer. should i seek 2nd opinion?

Probably not : This is a fairly common problem around the elbow joint.  If the x-ray showed normal bone and the lump is not enlarging or become tender, then there is probably no need to seek an immediate 2nd opinion unless you are really worried about it.  Sometimes people need the peace of mind of a 2nd opinion, so if you are worried, by all means get a 2nd opinion.  See doc again if it's enlarging or tender.

No. : The differential diagnosis for a lump in the arm is long indeed, and includes things that can be easily treated as well as things that are life threatening. One thing is for sure....It is not normal to have a mass on your arm. You should see your dr. To be evaluated. Good luck to you.

Lump: A hard lump felt under the skin may be caused by a number of conditions including but not limited to epidermal inclusion cyst ,  lipoma , dermatofibroma, or cancerous growth. See a dermatologist for a proper evaluation.

Unlikely: Especially since you describe it as somewhat tender. At your age, with the node being tender, not preposterously enlarged or fixed to surrounding tissues, and your not having fever, night sweats or weight loss, the chances of this being a cancer are near zero.

Your concern...: ...Is entirely understandable, given your history. The chances that this new lump represents a recurrence of your cancer depends entirely on what kind of cancer you had, and other factors. Odds are that it is something entirely different, but go to your doctor right away and find out for sure. The sooner you find out it's just a cyst or lipoma, the sooner you can stop worrying.

Need biopsy: It can be benign or malignat. You wouldn't know for sure until it is biopied and examined by a pathogist

i am a two time cancer survivor and three wks ago i found a hard pea size lump under my arm .... there is no pain to it should i be worried ?

Have it checked : Do your history of recurrence of  cancer,  it will be prudent to have  an examination though may be benign
