It sounds like a--: -primary malignant lutg tumor that has metastasized to the other organs. You are an adult now so give her what support she needs. 

Advice 2 you, look at the image to the right, don't smoke. People get lung cancer who do not smoke, but smoking is the major contributing factor! 

Not a good prognosis.
