Needs evaluation: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Without seeing it there is no way to confirm.

Labial lesion ?'s: A "black raised bump on inner labia" after perineal surgery may simply be a "blood blister" from the instruments used in the "perineal surgery".  See your gyn surgeon who did the surgery for an exam for further treatment/evaluation.

Tell your doctor you're having them, and follow over the month.  If any lumps become hard and do not go away, you'll need to have it examined especially.  Try avoiding caffeine, sugar and unhealthy fats.  Evening primrose oil may help; heating pad too.
