my shaft has lumps of tissue. is there any way to fix this?

Different options: The penis has a lot of things in it both in the skin and below it.  Sweat glands, hair follicles and skin cysts as well as fatty tissue, connective tissue, scars and other things. Is the lump growing, inflamed, painful, painless, draining, recurrent or constant, moveable or fixed...?  Each of these (and many more) will provide your doc the answers as to what it is and what needs to be done.

there is a lumps in the shaft of my penis in left part which goes back&forth frm tje base up to middle and cause pain when its erect can u help me tnx?

Cyst or Peyronies : The lesion in the penile shaft could be a sebaceous cyst which would lie just underneath the skin and moves with the skin or could be a peyronie's plaque which is typically firm, on the shaft of the penis and often causes a bend in the penis typically upwards or to the side and maybe painful. Suggest seeing a urologist or primary care physician for evaluation.

so i feel this lump on the bottom left side of my shaft i only feel it when im erected and it doesnt hurt or nothing should i just wait to see if it goes away ?

this could be a benign condition known as sebaceous cysts. Or, it could be warts.  I would recommend at least having a medical expert take a look at them sometime to make sure they are not warts and thus a viral illness with the human papilloma virus.

Penile pimple: is it tender  painful, red ? may be folliculitis consider some bacitracin or better mupirocin ( which requires a prescription), wear loose underwear, wash 2 x a day with soap and water avoid  hot tubs. May also be beginning pearly papules or Fordyce spots , though they are usually not with a black dot. f/u with doc/ urgent care

Unlikely: If it has been there for several years and is soft and movable, it is very unlikely to be something to worry about. If it changes in any form, it needs to be evaluated. A biopsy by your physician will yield the answer.

Could be a number of: different things, but the only way to really know is to see your Dr. It may be embarrassing to you, but it is normal for doctors to examine the private parts.  Looking things up on the internet can lead to misdiagnosis and unnecessary anxiety, so I always recommend seeing a Dr FIRST.Also, it is probably a good idea not to try and pop it, as this may lead to infection/inflammation and make it worse
