Shoulder impingment: Impingement is typically aggravated by overhead lifting, so exercises should consist of range of motion and strengthening in the motions that are not aggravated by condition. Band work for internal and external rotation is a good start. Consult a pt.

If : If you haven't had one yet, you need an mri.  Popping and cracking can result from multiple causes, including arthritis and degenerative disc disease.  If after a thorough evaluation including proper imaging studies, and appropriate conservative treatments (such as the physical therapy and anti-inflammatory meds that you have tried), you can consider seeing a pain specialist for cortisone injections into the neck guided by live xr (called fluoroscopy).  This is often more successful at reducing the pain and inflammation than the other treatments you listed.  However being more invasive, you want to make sure that you have tried other conservative efforts first.

Neck, back, shoulder: It would be difficult to say without an exam. A cervical strain tends to dissipate over time and resolve within a few weeks. It usually does not last for months.

Hand numbness: The devil is always in the details....E.G, what part of the hand, which fingers, what position will elicit and what position relieve the symptoms....And more.  Nerves can be compressed in the wrist, forearm, upper arm, neck and shoulder region and at the root level.  I urge you to see a neurologist to make a clear diagnosis of where the nerves are being compressed, in order to treat appropriately.

Basically theses are: soft tissue injuries that get better with time with usually no long term issues as long as you are not a smoker, overweight and you exercise regularly.  However, if symptoms persist or do not improve over several weeks get checked by your physician to make sure there are no other causes which can sometimes mimic initial symptoms of soft tissue injury.
