A good ortho spine doc can look at the scans for you and determine the best course of action. This is rarely a dangerous condition. Thx!

Possibly: A t5 stenosis seems unusual for your age.  Was there an accident or congenetal problem?  After self treatment is physical therapy or possibly an epidural injection.  If all else fails it is time to visit a neurosurgeon.

This may put pressure on the spinal cord or nerves within the canal causing local pain or neurologic symptoms from nerve compression.
