: Just based on the symptoms you’re describing here, it’s impossible to know for sure what is causing the bloating sensation. The treatment for acute flares of ms is, in fact, very similar as for the lupus flares, but there are notable differences in long-term treatments, because these target the underlying mechanisms - which are different.

Watch it change over: If you watch it over one week, it will either settle down(as it is likely to be an inflammatory lesion. If it gets worse or grows in size or does not go away in 2-3 weeks, you should go see your gynecologist of PCP for physical examination.

Indeterminate: Anti-SSa/Ro autoantibodies are present in about 0.1-0.5 percent of people. There is an association with lupus but also biliary cirrhosis and Sjögren's syndrome. If you have this and other symptoms if lupus, as u say, it is possible you have lupus. You should consult with the doctor who ordered the blood work to determine for sure the next steps. Good luck!

See details: Low C3 and C4 levels by themselves do not have much clinical significance. They and your dna levels does not determine the activity of the lupus. Discuss these issues with your rheumatologist.
