Dysautonomia: This is a relatively common condition and by far the commonest cause is poor diet.  The lower part of the brain controls the organs of the body in performing their functions. Lousy diet affects these control mechanisms, particularly all the sweet stuff.

Abdominal pain ?: If you did not have your ovaries removed when the hysterectomy was performed, this may represent an ovarian cyst or a pelvic infection.  Chronic diarrhea  may also come from infection or endometriosis.  With the ovaries retained, a hysterectomy will not affect the pain from endometriosis, and colon stimulation with diarrhea is common with endometriosis.

i have lower right abdominal pain that radiates to my back and  sometimes my hip, it ranges from mild to severe but is always present, it started week or so ago ,  what are some common causes of this kind of pain?

Causes: Possibilities include kidney stone, right sided pelvic pathology,appendicitis and nerve discomfort due to pressure on a nerve root from a disc in the spine. If a rash appears, shingles would be likely. Since the discomfort is severe and persistent, see your Physician for evaluation. Appropriate tests will be ordered to make a diagnosis.
