Pms: Some bloating and cramping is normal during the premenstrual time of the cycle. Unusually worse symptoms can signal a problem like ovarian cyst, pregnancy issues, infection or other gyn problems. Get checked if symptoms persist.

i have been getting stomach cramps on the lower left side for almost 12 hours. what can be the cause and how can i relief it?

Get it checked out: There can be a lot of things causing left lower abdominal pain including constipation, infection, colitis, kidney stone, bladder stone,  and many more.  The only way to tell is with a careful history and examination.  Also some tests like x-rays, ct scans, and/or blood tests may be needed to narrow it down.  12 hours is a long time.  Go see a doctor and get it checked out.

How is your bowels: how is your bowels , will be my first question.
if you are having constipation that is your answer.
in spite of your young age you have to be careful about diverticulosis.
being female your ovaries might be playing big part of your problem, you might  need to see a doctor for an ultrasound to make sure you are not having an ovarian cyst.
apply heat pad. keep your bowels regular, hydrate yourself.

Pain: Pain in the left lower abdomen always raises the possibility of a condition called diverticulitis. This would be more likely if you had pain with eating and fever. The fact that it hurts when getting up from a chair suggests that it may be muscular in nature. Any change in your bowel movements? See your doctor if the pain gets worse or changes and fever develops.

i'm having stabbing pains in lower left back near kidneys... i've had urine sample checked and it's clear, some stomach cramps too. any advice please?

See below: Though not absolute, the presence of a normal urinalysis would usually rule out the urinary tract,  and such common problems as UTIs and kidney stones, as the cause of your symptoms. I would recommend that you see your primary care physician for a more complete history and physical exam to help direct further evaluation and testing. A CT scan abd/pelvis may or may not be recommended.

Get it checked: With your symptoms I will advice you to make an appointment with your doctor to find out the cause of your cramps.Doctor will take a detailed history and do physical exam and if indicated will need blood or urine test and other imaging like Cat Scan or Ultrasound and may or may not need a cosult with Gastroenterologist

Need more detail: Difficult to answer with so little detail, but it could be acid reflux, aka gerd.  Treatment would be antacids or proton pump inhibitors, if that is the cause.  Also could be related to what you are eating, how fast you are eating, etc.  

First step would be to identify the case, they you could figure out how to prevent the cramps.
