: It is not unusual for periods to be a few days early, or a few days late, or even skipping a period.  If cramps are severe or interfere with your activities, please seek medical advice.   The approach of menopause can also present with irregular menses.

The : The symptoms could be from ovulation, and possibly an ovarian cyst.  An ovarian cyst can cause pressure and achy back.  Ovarian cyst discomfort is usually relieved on its own.  If your period is late, then take a pregnancy test.  Your symptoms will probably otherwise resolve but if they don't then it would be reasonable to see your doctor for these symptoms.

: The colon takes a 90degree turn at the upper left abdomen and gas can get trapped there. Lower left abdominal discomfort can be seen in irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis and inflammatory bowel disease. It : It could be hormonal imbalance, or it could be separate from a gynecological issue and be a gastro-intestinal issue.  If your bowels have been irregular it can cause cramping as well.  If your period is late however, take a pregnancy test to be sure.  Some women do get pregnancy symptoms very early so it is a possibility.

: Would probably stop the Tumeric and see if you symptoms resolve.  If they do I would avoid it but if not then would consult your PCP or out primary care clinic.

Late period: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then repeat a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Pregnancy: Sounds like you probably are pregnant. I recommend a visit to your OB for a pregnancy test and with the abdominal discomfort, possibly  an ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy depending on the severity. Serial serum HCG measurements may be necessary and close monitoring of your abdominal pain. If that abdominal pain worsens, go to the ER.

Probably normal: This is most likely pain that happens when your uterus starts to stretch the round ligament.   The round ligament is one of the attachments of the uterus and it is under quite a bit of stretching tension as the uterus grows.  Keep an eye on it.
