DOE w/ LBP: The cause of shortness of breath with activity (dyspnea on exertion) and lower back pain cannot be readily known by a physician unless you are seen by the doctor in person for an evaluation. These two complaints are very general, have a myriad of causes and likely involve more than one body system or organ. Any answer would be speculative. Seek proper medical evaluation when in doubt.

U might be having an: acute LBP due to a disk herniation. Any pain going down the leg or any numbness in your leg/foot/toes??
Any urinary or bowel problems, like loss of control?
If any of the above symptoms are present, then you probably need to be seen in ER, specially if urinary/bowels symptoms are present, as you may require to be seen by a Spinal surgeon.
Otherwise, resting and taking NSAiDs would help &amp; See PCP.

Yes: Pain usually causes the muscles to spasm and tighten up. This can really limit your ability to walk normally.

Get checked !: Your pain may be simply due to low back muscle strain. But your mention of pain in the inner thighs and saddle region suggests a more serious condition called cauda equina syndrome. Not knowing your history, I can't give more detailed information personalized to you, but I strongly recommend you report to your doctor as soon as possible, and go to emergency immediately if your symptoms worsen.

Could be: new onset low back pain w/pain in the thigh and difficulty straightening lower spine could be a sign of a nerve root issue and should be checked out w/o delay.  This could also be musculoskeletal only and could even be a GI issue masquerading as a neurologic problem.  In any event.  Don't delay.  See the dr quick.

See a doctor: Chest tightness and difficulty breathing should be evaluated right away. These could be symptoms of heart disease or pulmonary . Embolism ( blood clot in the lung). Please do not delay in seeking care.

Back pain when young: Not so much of a concern as far as serious issues, but it could lead to a disabled body. Maintain ideal body weight, watch what you at and stay active without straining your back. Regular aerobics are better than binge exercising.

i have quite severe lower back pain (ongoing problem). i have had 4 pints of lager but now i'm in pain, is there anything i can take safely.

A Trip to AA: Alcohol combined with any "pain-killer" can be fatal or at least dangerous. Alcoholic beverages do not effectively treat pain. Consider seeing a dr. For diagnosis. There are a number of treatments that can help without meds like therapeutic exercise, physical therapy modalities like ultrasound and muscle stim, tens and last but not least core muscle strengthening. Alcohol can increase pain.
