Back pain: If you do  not have radiation of pain to lower extremities, most likely your back pain is musculoskeletal and should go away with ice or cold pack application, Ibuprofen 400mg to 600mg 3 times a day and slepping on your back with 2 pillows under neath your thigh.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Surgery from 5 years ago is low on the list of possible causes. A complete evaluation from an Obgyn is the place to start.

Go see ur Family Doc: We need more info. If any burning upon urination, stomach cramps &amp; back pain might be from kidney infection. So go see your Family Doc, GYN, Planned Parenthood or other health provider.

Clues!: "stomach cramps & lower back pain" not common pattern of symptoms in young person. Urinary tract infection a wild speculation. Patients must tell doctors:  how long, constant or come & go, characteristics of pain (sharp, aching, burning, etc.), sex & age of patient, any injury, fever, radiation from one body part to another, what activity worsens. Doctors used to guessing, but we need clues folks!

Finish statement plz: Sounds as if you meant to finish with the words "pregnancy test." Is that true? If you did then, what were the results?  If they were negative it could be that you took the test prematurely. Pregnancy tests are typically best done when the period Has been missed.  Not before unless you are using EPT's but even they are not sensitive unless you are within about five days of the expected date.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Infection: Sounds like onset of infection.  IF no diarrhea I would be suspicious for some type of urinary problem: kidney , bladder, prostate.
