Doubt it: I doubt this has anything to do with the implantaion.  Need to see your doctor to try and find cause of your back pain.

Possibly/unlikely: It can take a few days for sperm to join with a fertile egg  and a few more for that  conceptus to reach &amp; implant. You are unlikely to have any symptoms related to that process at that point of for at least another week. The implanted material takes time to begin elaborating the hormones that turn a pregnancy test positive or cause symptoms. These symptoms are likely something else.

Maybe: It is possible that some of the earliest signs of pregnancy might be a delay in your period, light cramping, and commonly some light spotting.  Take a pregnancy test and keep your hopes up!

Sounds like period: It sounds like you just started your period one day later than usual. Implantation bleeding is not really as common as the internet would have you believe. When it does happen it's  usually 6-12 days after ovulation.  A pregnancy test 7-10 days after unprotected intercourse  is much more helpful. Implantation bleeding occurs exclusively in pregnant women.

Too early: If you ovulated four days ago its too early to know and to early to have pregnancy symptoms. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test if you miss your period. Pelvic pain is very complex and requires an examination to help determine the cause and treatment.

Back pain: All infections (virus, bacterial, fungal...) can cause symptoms of low back pain.  Usually these are thought to be myalgias or muscle related pains.  There is some intriguing research about bacterial infections being causative for certain chronic low back pain conditions.

i am experiencing heavy bleeding with huge blood clots cramping and lower back pain. can this be a sign of miscarriage?

Yes: Sometimes a woman can miscarry without actually missing a period, since you didn't mention your period, i'm going to assume this might be the case with your question. Blood clots can mean miscarriage, can also mean excess estrogen or excess progesterone. Back pain often accompanies when there is a lot of blood going through the cervix or passage of clots.

Shouldn't be: That on itself alone, shouldn't be a sign of early labor, but you  must call and ask your OB doctor, and describe to him/her any other symptoms you may be having.
