Back pain: Yes. Rapid hormonal changes cause the ligaments and tendons of the lower back to relax and can lead to pain. Core muscle exercises will strengthen stomach and back muscles to help reduce the back pain. Discuss  with your obstetrician the best options for treatment of the back pain.

May be normal: Back and pelvic pain is common during pregnancy.  More information is needed.  If symptoms persist then consultation with physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist would be appropriate to diagnose and outlined a course of treatment.  Often times simple stretching and strengthening exercises as well as application of heat may be all that is necessary.  However, persistent symptoms require MD.

Not likely but: not impossible. It would be unusual, cramping and bleeding is much more common. If it continues to bother you, please see a doctor who can check you out, and good wishes.

Low back pain : Low back pain has a very long list of possible causes. A physical therapist may be able to work with you to ease the pain.  Since you are worried,  consider seeing your Obgyn sooner to check the vaginal pain.

Bleeding pregnant: You maybe miscarrying call you doctor or go to ER today as soon as possible as you can get very weak from blood loss and may be losing a lot and may need IV fluids. Go to ER now .

18-20 w pregnant ?: Miscarriage is unusual at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy, but back pain can occur b/c the size of the pregnancy is large enough for the pregnancy to cause pressure on the vertebrae of the lower spine.  See your OB provider for an exam to be certain.

Absolutely not: If you truly had your menses a few hours after having sex, there is no plausible way you're pregnant from that. That said, u could certainly be pregnant from other sex a couple weeks before that.
