: There are many reasons for back pain and it is difficult to determine without a full examination. However, back pain that switches side to side and can go down (or radiates as described in medical terms) to the hamstrings is typically an irritated disc that is putting pressure on the nerves that leave the back and go to the legs. This pain is commonly referred to as sciatica. Please see a doctor!

Abdominal pain: This could be related to your gallbladder, gerd, irritable bowel or other GI issues.
You should start with an appointment at your pcp and then have and us and or see a GI physician or surgeon.

Rotate: Rotate to a different anti-inflammatory as not everyone responds to meloxicam.  If it lasts for more than 6 weeks or gets more serious, time to go see a doc

Several doctors: Can help including spine specialist:  (neurosurgery or orthopedic spine surgeon),  neurologist, physical medicine and rehab, chiropractor, and interventional pain management. But i would make sure to see the first two if weakness present or herniated discs on mri.

No!  Don't stop!: Supervised yoga is great for conditioning your body, keeping your core strong (supports your back) and improving overall muscle tone.  Staying mindfully active with low back issues is very important.  Consider consultation with a physical therapist to learn exercises that would be beneficial and those to avoid.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. Regular aerobic exercise would help by improving muscle strength and flexibility. If these measures do not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Probably your muscle: Usually lower back pain is due to muscle strain that should improve with gently stretching the back, giving the muscle some rest (but remain active if you can!), and using an over the counter pain reliever / anti-inflammatory. If the pain becomes severe or does not start to improve, or if it's accompanied by other symptoms, you should be evaluated by a doctor.
