: Sounds as though it is possible that you may have urethritis or a UTI. You should be checked out by your primary care doctor to be tested for those and to see if any other problems are present. Good luck.

Possible Sciatica: HI, 
Lower back pain is frequent if you have weak core muscles. So work on building up muscle in abs and back. It mayy also be pain caused by the Sciatic nerve. A commom problem.

Could be: new onset low back pain w/pain in the thigh and difficulty straightening lower spine could be a sign of a nerve root issue and should be checked out w/o delay.  This could also be musculoskeletal only and could even be a GI issue masquerading as a neurologic problem.  In any event.  Don't delay.  See the dr quick.

Sacroiliac ligament: Sounds like you are having referred pain from sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction.  Would be good to be evaluated for this by your family doctor. Best treatment is a small injection of anesthesia and steroid into the specific area of the SI ligament. Depending on injury, could also be a hop labral tear that can give same symptoms. You need to be evaluated in person.

Get a pregnancy test: I think that by asking this question you already know that you could be at risk of pregnancy and you should therefore get a pregnancy test and see what's going on. If the pregnancy test does not provide guidance, then see a doctor. Do not take any ibuprofen for pain in case you are pregnant.

Neural irritation: There are several causes of low back pain and thigh pain.  Problems with the hip joint can often cause back/buttock pain that radiates to the groin and thigh.  Irriation to the lumbar nerve roots in the lower back can also cause leg pain.  Thigh pain is often seen with irritation to the l2, l3, and/or occasionally L4 nerve roots.

This sounds: like a serious nerve problem.  Depending on how rapidly your paralysis is worsening, it could progress to involve your breathing muscles.  Please get to the emergency dept right away.

Possible: I would not be surprised if you continued to have  these symptoms just 2 weeks after this procedure. However, you really should check with the orthopedist who did the procedure to determine what the typical recovery period should be and what you should expect.

Evaluation: A doctor will need to evaluate your leg urgently. Your long road trip soon after major surgery makes you high risk for a blood clot in the leg called a DVT. This needs prompt evaluation
