It is rare for a serious medical problem to exist at your age that doesn't cause clearly unpleasant symptoms. A small hernia may remain undetectable but isn't serious unless it traps bowel but then you'll have severe pain and vomiting

You need to be seen: by a healthcare professional for proper examination and diagnosis.  The lower right abdomen is where your appendix and/or cecum typically are.  You could also have hernias, volvulus, small bowel obstruction or liver issues.  Or a muscle pull.  There are many conditions that can cause this symptom, some of which are life-threatening. Maybe gas in gut but: In what position do you feel better/ worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gassiness?  Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial?  Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Ur doc will need this info 2 help

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: Please be more specific. Can you see a tremor or is it just a feeling? All over the abdomen or  1 area?  Constant or  momentarily?  Fasciculations are from nerves. May be stress, thyroid, electrolytes, medications ,  spinal disc, ALS/ MS   or organ dysfunction( celiac). F/u/w/ neurologist

Not typical: Not a typical symptom, but it could be possible.   To rule out pregnancy, take a test.  Other possible cause could be colon spasms if you are constipated.
