Multiple causes.: Kidney infection, kidney stones, old menstrual blood mixed with urine, sexual trauma, urethritis, etc. If this continues recheck the urine; however, I suggest a helical CT scan of the kidneys to look for a stone as well as a pelvic ultrasound. Please seek medical attention. ASAP.

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's re-evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis, which would need surgery.
