Possibly: Your gf needs to see her OB asap.   It can be from a miscarriage but one cannot rule out a serious infection.  Even a miscarriage needs be examined to be sure that there is no left-over tissue.

i had d &c  about a week ago after a miscarriage. i was discharged from hospital and i had mild bleeding and it stopped few days later. today i've started bleeding again and it's heavy and also having back and lower abdomen pain is it normal?

Bleeding after D&amp;C ?: A "D&amp;C" may not remove all remaining tissue from the pregnancy, and in addition, will not remove the thickened lining of the uterus which results in pregnancy, and may cause bleeding.  See the gyn who performed the D&amp;C if this persists.

i just experienced spotting. had miscarriage jan 13. no period till now. pt test negative. spotting now with lower belly pain?

Spotting: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Negative test : You mention the pregnancy test is negative. If the test is negative then this episode of bleeding is unlikely to be a miscarriage. A pregnancy test will still be positive during a miscarriage. Consider seeing an obgyn who can repeat the test and do an examination to help you.

Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, appendix, large intestine, abdominal muscles, kidneys, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen can be due to gallstones. Pain in the right lower abdomen can be appendicitis. Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.

i have lower abdominal pain and constant upper abdominal pain right at the top of my rib cage. plus the bridge of my nose feels like its buzzing?
