Abdominal pain: Oftentimes patient go to the er for abdominal pain and after ct scan returns normal we discuss adding more fruits and vegetables in their diet and that usually resolves the issue.

No: But complications of pregnancy may result in these symptoms. a host of other medical conditions may also present this way such as UTI or PID. It is important to get evaluated. A pregnancy test will definitely be done especially since you are sexually active

May be preterm labor: Those cramps could be contractions and so could be preterm labor. One should be checked out by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going to the hospital and staying in the Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on. Meanwhile, avoid physical activities, having sex, and bumpy rides to the hospital. A baby born at 29 weeks is too early, so hopefully that uterus calms down.

: These symptoms are more characteristic of a viral intestinal tract infection or irritable bowel syndrome. Rest up. Take tylenol, Avoid harsh roughage, drink adequate liquids. Take kaopectate or imodium as needed if loose BM's continue.  You will get checked &amp;advised during your upcoming appointment

Possibly.: At your age, if you're in a sexual relationship, it is possible that you could be pregnant.  However, a normal early pregnancy doesn't cause the symptoms you describe.  While it's ok to do a home pregnancy test, it's more important that you be evaluated by a health care professional.

Late period: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.
