Jab to abdomen: Not likely to have caused internal damage. I am guessing from your age you are not on blood thinners, so the risk of internal bleeding small. Your spleen is on the other side, so that is not at risk of rupture and large bleeding internally. If you have abdominal pain without moving, blood in urine or stool, go to ER, but otherwise you are probably ok!

Constipated?: Could be any number of things. Get a urine pregnancy test and make sure she is having bowel movements.

: It's hard to provide you with specific recommendations based on the limitations of this forum. In general, with those symptoms, several things come to come. Is it possible you have constipation, an obstruction, diverticulitis? See a doctor in the person.

i have ibs and suffer from constipation. i took laxatives and they worked but the next day im constipated again. theres small hard lumps i can feel when i push on the left lower abdomen. what do i do?

: IBS with constipation is often a lifelong issue.  Moreover, over time laxatives can become “addicting” - the more you use, the more you need.  Really need to sit down and discuss with your doctor (or Gastroenterologist)

Core Strengthening: The most likely reason you can not "suck in your lower abdomen" is due to laxity of your muscles.  You can firm up these muscles by doing core strengthening exercises.  Lay on your back with your hands behind your head, put your legs straight up in the air so you are at a 90 degree angle, tighten your buttocks and pulse you legs upward, hold for 5 seconds and repeat 15 times.
