Calculate absolute #: It is not the percentages of blood cells that determine if they are high or low, but, rather the absolute count. For example, if your total white blood cell count is 3000 and the lymphocytes are 60%, the total lymphocytes are 1800, which s normal.

my total white blood count is 6.8 10*9/l and my lymphocytes is 0.80 10.*9/l its below the normal range but is it very low and what can cause this??

Any symptoms: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, this my be your normal. If you do not have any symptoms you may watch and wait. If you get fever, enlarged lymph nodes, weight loss or bleeding, see your doctor.

Numbers are just...: Numbers are just numbers. Without the whole picture, such as why was lab tests were done, numbers usually cannot tell much. The result values in this question may  or may not be fine for a normal person with no symptoms, but one should still ask his ordering doctor if the result is ok in the setting of his whole picture.

Yes: You total WBC  count is low. Why did you have the test done? All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and your doctor who ordered the test is in the best position to do that.

Nothing by itself: How do you FEEL? High granulocytes may warn of illness if there are symptoms, but simply a icy-cold shower can raise them even more impressively. If you feel well, relax and be thankful for good health.

Too high: white cell too high, neutrophils 89.6,might indicate bacterial infection, or allergy, but not viral.
it depends on your other symptoms, to defined the source of the infection.

my white blood count was a bit high in my last lab work 6 months ago, but my wbc is usually high. my lymphocytes were also high at 4900 as well. the rest of my blood work was normal and quite healthy. i am terrified, is this a bad sign?

: Your lab work should be interpreted by the doc who knows your case and has all the values. I don't find a 4900 lymphocyte count to be unusual or worrisome. You are welcome to start over and provide more details and express what you are terrified about. This is not apparent from the data posted.

This is serious: No flippancy or disrespect intended. I'm not so concerned about the lowish albumin, and even less about the few big platelets, but your absolute lymphcyte count is way-low and your high absolute neutrophil count also worries me greatly. You need a fully history, physical exam, HIV test, probably anti-nuclear antibody and more from a competent, determined physician.

Unclear question: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there is nothing to be concerned about your results.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

at regular physical, blood work came back with wbc count at 11.3 and absolute lymphocytes at 3.9.

blood work up 5 years ago also had wbc at 11.0. could these numbers indicate cancer?

Having said that, a stable white cell count, even at the upper end of normal is not a cause for concern,
