Need time to heal: Acute kidney failure involves damage to the cells lining the kidney tubules (nephrons) which take days to regrow and repair. These cells then reestablish the high osmotic gradient in the kidney pyramids that enable concentration of urine. Until the cells regrow and the osmotic gradient is reformed, urine osmolality will be low.

Out of Context: One cannot interpret labs without the whole panel there.  A doctor providing your an interpretation needs medical history, the reason the tests were ordered and the whole test.  You are asking the impossible with these lab values out of context.

Leakage of protein,,: This is likely due to the fact that there is failure of the basement membrane to contain large molecules like proteins, etc..  Also in some cases, oliguria can occur, which means anything in the urine can get concentrated even more than it should be.  Proteinuria can be almost 3 g/day.

: It can definitely reflect a problem involving kidneys and/or urinary tract, among others. Increasing the amount of fluids you drink should result in an increase in the volume of urine. If this is not what you see, seeing your doc would be advisable as an exam and tests will likely be needed.
