Healthy: Diet and exercise with weight loss. Avoid toxins such as alcohol/tobacco/heat/trauma etc. Don't know if your volume is abnormal or not, can't tell over the internet. See your doctor and find out if a semen analysis is indicated.

Volume = sets/reps: When talking about workout programs, the word "set" refers to the number of times a particular exercise is performed in a workout session; "reps" or "repetitions" refers to the number of times a lift is performed in a give "set".......For example, "2 sets of 10 reps" means that a bench press, for example, was performed two different times and each time, you bench pressed the weight for 10 reps.

hi, i had a 3d scan today, am 7 weeks and 2 days. sac size and crl are as expected but sac volume is 6.8ml, is that too low?

Probably low normal: While this isn't my area of expertise I do have some experience using ultrasound. The measurements are highly dependent on the healthcare provider using the machine. (i.e. Operator dependent) it is so early in your pregnancy you are talking about very small volumes. If i were you i wouldn't fret and worry over every minor detail and number. Low Blood Volume: Low blood volume (lv) can be caused by lack of intake, or loss of fluids. If one has a hemorrhage and losses a great deal of blood, that causes lv. If a person has severe diarrhea, lv can be consequence as well. Likewise, if a person is denied water, lv is a result as well. Lv can be a serious situation if it severe and acute. In that case, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

: It can definitely reflect a problem involving kidneys and/or urinary tract, among others. Increasing the amount of fluids you drink should result in an increase in the volume of urine. If this is not what you see, seeing your doc would be advisable as an exam and tests will likely be needed.

FEV1: An expiratory volume is usually how much air your expell from your lungs in a unit of time (fev1 = expiratory volume in 1 second).  There are predicted normals (based on sex, height, weight and race).  A normal number or a number greater than 70 perent of your predicted normal is ideal.

HPV: We are still learning all of the things we should know about hpv.  Hpv has over 140 common strains.  13 of those strains can put you at risk for cancer.  4 of the 13 strains cause 95% of the cancers and are the high risk for cancer.  The other nine strains are lower risk or lower volume.  Please make sure you have gotten the hpv vaccine known in the U.S. As gardisil.

Sperm is: Produced continuously. Why do you want to increase the volume?  What purpose do you think it will serve? How do you know there's anything wrong in the first place. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Let your body be as normal as it can be. Stay healthy and avoid alcohol/tobacco, opiates/anabolics.

See a urologist: The first step is to see a Urologist to be sure you do not have a physical problem....then evaluation of your hormonal levels (testicular/pituitary glands)

The condition is probably very TREATABLE!!!!

: Watching?  Hearing spoken language in any form eventually contributes to their speech &amp; language skills. I don't see a problem with this exposure.
