No: Low creatine kinase never means anything unless you are severely sick, and then it correlates only with what's obvious clinically. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies are arbitrarily outside.

Sed Rate Rising: It seems as if your Sed Rate is rising steadily.  The sed rate is a non-specific marker of inflammation, anywhere. It is interpreted in context of other signs and symptoms. What else are you feeling?  Why was this test done three times this summer?

Let me explain: Cushing's syndrome is a condition that results from dramatically elevated levels of cortisol in the bloodstream. 
The sedimentation rate  blood test measures how quickly red blood cells settle in a test tube in one hour. The more red cells that fall to the bottom of the test tube in one hour, the higher the sed rate.
Find out if inflammation is present some place in the body.

Inflammation: Usually a mildly elevated CPK and sed rate are hallmarks of inflammation somewhere in the body.

Chronic inflammation can also make you prone to being anemic, so get that checked out with some common blood tests.

It should not: Febrile illnesses by themselves should not elevate CPK and usually will not elevate a sed rate( at least not signifcantly). Certainly certain diseases and illnesses can but usually not with the common viruses etc.
