Abnormal ECG: The major finding is low voltage. Causes of low voltage include:
pericardial effusion, pleural effusion, overweight, emphysema, pneumothorax, contrictive pericarditidis, previous massive mi, end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy, infiltrative myocardial diseases — i.e. Restrictive cardiomyopathy due to amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, haemochromatosis; scleroderma, myxoedema (severe low thyroid hormone).

Long QT: What you describe could be entirely normal, QT is not fixed. If you are concerned see your Doctor for more history and examination and if necessary workup.

: These results appear within normal limits to me although the numbers for the R wave in lead V5 and the S wave in lead V1 confuse me somewhat. The P/QRS/T numbers  appear to represent the electrical axes of these waves, which are unremarkable. The computer should also list an overall conclusion which I would assume is Within Normal Limits. You must get the final interpretation from your ordering MD

ECG: those values are within normal limits, the appearance of the ecg other than these measurements isn't here so can't be certain there's nothing in the morphology of the ecg that isn't right. These measurements are ok.
