How collected: If this was a random squat/pee collection it can often include debris from the skin &amp; vagina so it is hard to interpret. If collected with proper preparation &amp; done on mid stream (like a guy peeing) or by catheter it is more representative. White cells suggest infection blood suggests irritation/blood from some source.

Electrolyte, acid: Sp gr means the concentration of urine. When the flud intake is adequate, sp gr can be low as 1.005.If the fluid intake is less, the sp gr can be high as1.030. Ph depends on amount of acids excreted by the kidney. Both these measures reflect the electrolyte and acid handling by the kidney.
