Mouth sores: Some kids get recurrent crops of mouth sores (apthous ulcers).  If these happen frequently or if they interfere with oral intake, please discuss with your doctor.  There are some unusual inflammatory diseases associated with mouth sores.

Lab values: Mch:  mean corpuscular hemoglobin - in normal range
mchc:    mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration - slightly lower range for adults
rdw :  red cell distribution width- at 17.3% it is within normal range for an adult.

Low tf may be a liver defect (where it's made) or a kidney problem allowing excessive loss. A patient with decreased plasma transferrin can suffer from iron overload diseases such as hemosiderosis. Discuss lab results with your doc.

Yup - animal protein: Diets that are high in meat, liver, poultry, fish (salmon, rockfish, trout, haddock and herring) & dairy are great for providing bodies with b12. With the injections, this should do it. If you are a vegetarian, eggs & dairy. Probably + omega-3 & supplements - especially for vegans!

Yes: Neutrophils care high beacause you have a bacterial infection and lymphocites are low cause they are killing the bacterias that can harm you; fortunately we have several good anibiotics that can actually end this mess; so be take more care of your habits; and start antibiotics and you will be fine; no need of crisis kind of worry

Depends: Low to normal thyroid level is not enough information. Screening for hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism will require TSH level. Tsh will help interpret the result.
