Need further workup: These are two unrelated conditions.  For the iron deficiency, look for a reason (poor diet, blood loss) and then supplement the diet

for the low blood sugar, attn to diet is all that is needed.

i have low blood pressure, low iron and my blood sugar is low. what causes this?

Not sure: Not sure what you have, but starvation could cause all 3. Are you on a special diet? Chronic blood loss (eg heavy periods) would cause the first 2. Finally, chronic pancreatitis could cause all 3 - do you have abdominal pain?

i took a nap & i woke up dizzy i measured blood glucose level it was 42.i took sugar, but does this means that i have hypoglycemia awareness? & shouldn't my body wake me up at level of 60?

: The more time your blood sugar gets low, the less your body is aware that it is low. If you have diabetes, that is a problem when your body is not aware that it is low.

my sister, who is 25 years old, sleeps way to much. (about 14 hrs a day if given the opp) always complaining she is tired- etc. she has been checked for mono, low iron, blood sugar, has a history of a thyroid disorder, but last time she went to the doctor

Your : Your sister is lucky to have you, and you are right to be concerned.  Some people do need more sleep, but that is a concerning amount to sleep every day.  She may want to see a sleep specialist, because although she is sleeping so much, it may not be "good sleep" due to sleep apnea or another condition.  In addition, your thoughts about possible depression affecting sleep are correct, and she should have an evaluation by her doctor if she will agree to this.  If she is on any medications, they should also be evaluated as some medications can make you too sleepy.

Low sugar/iron: A gastric(stomach)ulcer can cause slow bleeding therefore loss of iron , some
people may have multiple endocrine syndrome( men1) that causes tumors that secrete Insulin ( insulinoma) and others that secrete gastrin(gastrinoma) , consequently low sugar from too much Insulin and low iron from slow bleeding as a result of gastric ulcer, however low glucose and low iron may entirely be unrelated.

Hmm... different lab: Ferritin 5 is awfully low at every lab I've ever seen. Hypoglycemia can occur from medicines, starvation, a LOT of exercise, paradoxically from obesity and insulin insensitivity (so more is put out and the body eventually overreacts to it), elevated insulin levels (very very rare).
or.. no clear cause (most common and common in your demographic group).

If your:  If your blood pressure is 70/95 then there is a problem.  Normally the systlic is higher meaning 95/70.. that looks better, however the difference between the number is not much hence that could also signal a problem.  See your primary doc to check for cortisol, aldosterone, and thyrone hormones.  Then have him refer you to a cardiologist.

You're okay: A blood pressure of 95/70 is fine. Just be careful when rising from a chair, bending forward and rising, and stay well hydrated especially in the heat.

Glucose metabolism: There are different forms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). The most common is called reactive hypoglycemia in which the sugar rises high and then dips low a few hours later. My personal view is that this is an early stage in the development of diabetes. If you go the exercise and diet route this is not a high risk, however.  A six meal, low carb diet is best.
