Hypoimmuneglobulinem: First question to you is: why your one year old was diagnosed with low immunoglobulins? Next question is: how is he being treated? Is he receiving IV igg? Now lastly, is he under care of a pediatric immunologist in an academic institute?

Yes: Low IgA levels may be seen in a multitude of issues, however, selective IgA deficiency is the more common one (other causes include medication induced...)  siga def is an "immunodeficiency" that can lead to increased infections and other problems in some people.  However, some people have no symptoms at all!  the low ige is probably less relevant.  See an immunologist!

More info needed: The question asked can be intreperted in many ways. Normally these are levels in relation to a disease. A high IGM means recent infection, a high IGE means something allergic is bothering you and low  IGG means less memory antibodies for an old infection. Low IGA is antibody for your gut/intestines. How high?: At your age, iron deficiency is the likely cause for the low iron count. Since anemia is likely the last stage of iron deficiency, if you are not anemic now, you will soon be and iron supplement is needed . As for the IgE, it depends on how high it is and what symptoms you have. Be sure to get the anemia corrected before you get pregnant. Talk to OB if you have excessive menstrual flow.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

May be normal: You did not specify how old your child is. To be able to accurately interprete labs it's important to know age. Low granulocytes and high lymphocytes could mean a virus infection or could be normal, depending on the numbers. A high red blood count could be due to dehydration, especially if it is a fasting blood test. A high potassium could be due to hemolysis of the blood cells.
