Anemia: Low Hgb and Hct means Anemia. High RDW means yourRed Blood Cells have wide range of sizes. Large size from Vit B12 deficency which can contribute to your anemia, Reticulocytes (premature RBCs) in the circulation a natural response of our body and some other reasons. Take Iron, and Vit B12 and Vit. C to help correct Anemia and FOLLOW the PCP's Advise to find the cause and treat accordingly

Blood loss: Post-op blood loss anemia most likely.  Most patients lose 4 grams of HGB from surgery. Over time, with good nutrition, the blood counts will normalize.

You are anemic: Ignore the low liver enzymes; they mean nothing. You are mildly anemic and this needs to be worked up by a competent physician. If you are iron-deficient, being male you need to find why you are losing blood unless you are a vegetarian or otherwise keep a limited diet.

Deficiency in other nutrient like vit b12, folate, (folic acid) or anemia due to other chronic inflammation/disease, destruction of the red blood cells, drug induced, bone marrow failure, bleeding, other red blood cell disorders etc can cause anemia as well. See you doctor and have further evaluation.
