Varies: It is normal to have some bloating and even tenderness near the ovaries after a subtotal hysterectomy.  You should, however, follow up with your gynecologist about the fever, to evaluate for infection.

Needs follow up: This is a complex situation with lots of possibilities. The fever should be addressed first since that could be caused by so many things. Then your gynecologist can assess the vaginal cuff. You may have granulation tissue, scar tissue, pelvic adhesions or a number of other issues which can be addressed.

Did MD exam you?: Did your surgeon do an examination to look for source(s) for the low grade temperature such as a urinary tract or would infection? If not, call your surgeon and ask to be evaluated. Post operative infections are best evaluated, source identified, and treated before a more major problem can occur.

Fever x 2 weeks: Fever is not a normal state. Seek medical attention to day in an ER/doctor/urgent  care as you need evaluation of the cause of the fever. it can be infection like urine ( though usually that causes so much pain you see a doctor early) , sore throat, lung issue, pelvic issue, H pylori  ( stomach bacteria) gallbladder ( again usually severe pain, autoimmune disease  or tumor/ lymphoma

: You don't say what you mean by low grade fever. If you ate talking about in 99-100 range this is a normal variation, If you are saying 100.5 or higher, then that is truly a fever and most commonly is indicative of some type of infection. If fever lasts more than a week,  or other symptoms develop, see a doctor.The list for chronic headaches is huge.Best to see your primary doctor to sort that out.

There are many subtle viruses that present with low grade fever, malaise, headache and even some that can give a sore throat, that might limit his appetite. If his fever stays low grade, and just these subtle symptoms, it is safe to wait three days with acetaminophen, ibuprofen and a lot of extra fluid and let the body do its work to fight it.
