Hand Foot ; Mouth : This could be many problems, including a cold or the flu.  But it could also be hand, foot ; mouth disease which causes rashes in each location and causes low appetite and fatigue.  The rash in the mouth is inside on the cheeks and looks like knitted lace.  It is caused by a virus and is highly contagious but usually has no lasting symptoms.  Hydration is key and a visit to the doctor is important.

Wait it out: It is most likely viral. Give it a few more days . If she begins having really high fevers or not eating/drinking and breathing faster, then seek medical attention.

Chronic fatigue: Chronic fatigue can arise from many sources - not the least of which is not sleeping soundly. Have your doctor refer you for a sleep study. If that turns out OK a consult with a neurologist will evaluate your abnormal (weak) gait  would be my next choice for you.

Unknown: Assuming you had a blood test to make the diagnosis, RELAX. The rash may last about a week. It is extremely variable. There is not much to say about it because there is so much difference from one case to another.

Viral exanthum: Rashes associated with fever in children are often caused by viral infections.  We call these 'exanthums'. These rashes are generally harmless and go away when the infection resolves. Rashes associated with very high fevers, lethargy, rapid progression, vomiting or other concerning symptom require immediate evaluation.   Rash associated with sore throat can be Strep infection &amp; requires Rx meds.

Fever with rash: Without a picture, it would be really hard to diagnose this.  If you have had immunizations for measles, mumps and rubella - that's NOT what you have.  But there are many other diseases that are associated with a fever - chicken pox, Lyme disease, exotic illnesses if you have traveled, etc.  Because you have a fever with this rash, I would recommend that you actually go in to see a doctor.
