Allergy most likely: Eosinophils may be elevated due to allergic conditions, or (more common outside of the us) due to parasites.
Eosinophils associated with cancer or bone marrow issues is less common, but possible.

This is normal: Eosinophils and Basophils are normally present on low numbers and count of zero for either of these cell types is not an abnormal result.

Typically: nothing.  It is a normal finding.  Cells are sensitive to corticosteroids, so could also mean recent prednisone treatment.

Not likely: There are many causes of an increased eosinophil count, but a dog in the house is not the usual cause.   It would be a good idea to repeat the count and discuss this with your doctor.

Not definite prob.: Eosinophils usually target parasitic infections and allergic stimuli. So if elevated, may be due to one of these issues. If no prior lab #s, may also just be normal for you. Should ask your dr if concern about infection or allergic response present. Should also repeat test in 5-10 days to see if on way up/down/stable #s, as might change.

Eosinophils: That level is not too high. Elevated eosinophils could come from allergies or parasites. The true cause and any treatment should be discussed with your doctor. The other white blood cells may give more information.

Eosinophil count: An absolute eosinophil count of zero isn't considered abnormal if the rest of the white cell counts are normal and has no medical significance but can be seen with alcohol abuse or hormonal abnormalities with high cortisol levels. We can assume these don't apply to you.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your information is suggestive iron deficiency. You may take oral iron and multivitamin supplements.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Platelet problems: Low platelets (thrombocytopenia) are due to either decreased production or increased destruction of your platelets.  A hematologist can assist you in finding the cause.  This usually involves a bone marrow biopsy which is reviewed by a hematopathologist.  A high eosinophil count can be seen with allergic conditions.  See a board certified hematologist and start the workup.

BASICS: Random blood test values are of little value as listed. The eosinophil count is high but usually reflects allergies or  a parasite. Leukemia and or lymphoma are not evident on these lab values but could be expected by other unreported lab data and an exam. You should discuss your concerns with the docs who have access to all your lab/history &amp; exam findings.
