i get blurry vision after eating starch sugar or carbs. and my blood glucose will be between 111 and 128 using my handheld glucose meter. why such strong fatigue if thats normal ranges? sugar and carbs make me feel strange yet glucose under 130 why?

my brain mri report is ok..and all my cbc blood test..sugar test is ok...there was ear drainage many days ago?

Welk: The ear issue could be a cause of some of your symptoms but does not account for the. Blurred vision. See the eye doctor to examine the eyes. If they are ok return to your doctor for a though exam including mental health exam if nothing medical is found

See a doctor ASAP: Elevated blood sugar means a person usually has diabetes.  Untreated or poorly treated diabetes affects the lens of the eye as well as the retina and can lead to blurry vision.  Control of the sugar "usually" improves this, and often corrective lenses (glasses/contacts) are needed.  See a doctor and get your sugar better controlled immediately.

Drop if blood sugar: If you have diabetes and your blood sugar dropped, it triggers symptoms even though it never drops below normal. Ear right, exercise more and lose weight to relieve the problem of fluctuating Insulin and glucose levels as well as your diabetes risks in the future.

i took a nap & i woke up dizzy i measured blood glucose level it was 42.i took sugar, but does this means that i have hypoglycemia awareness? & shouldn't my body wake me up at level of 60?

: The more time your blood sugar gets low, the less your body is aware that it is low. If you have diabetes, that is a problem when your body is not aware that it is low.
