Probably: Abdominal cramping is one of the well-known side-effects of Plan B.  Take it easy for a few days.  If things haven't subsided by then, go see your doc.  Hope you feel better soon!

More info: There are many causes of abdo pain.  When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? See a doctor for exam and studies.

No: Lower back pain, period of abdominal cramping are all normal at this stage of pregnancy. Your body is getting ready to deliver. This involves changes in ligament elasticity so that the pelvic girdle can widen to accommodate the baby's head. You know you are in true labor when you are no longer able to wait out the contractions. They will increase in intensity and frequency instead of going away.
