Not reliable signs: of pregnancy. Breast tenderness is a common sign of early pregnancy; breast tenderness and/or tingling in nipples can occur in response to the normal fluctuations of hormones during the menstrual cycle.  This is also true of vaginal discharge.  If there is a chance you are pregnant, you should be taking prenatal vitamins, with at least 1 mg (1000 mcg) of Folic Acid, daily to prevent birth defects.

Use anti fungal med: After a miscarriage the next period may be early or late. But if more than two weeks late should get blood pregnancy test. If this was  spontaneous miscarriage sometimes not complete and blood test will still show pregnancy hormone. Then you may need a procedure to get everything out

Premenstrual Syndrom: Depending on whether you have had this for a while, this can be normal. Your overall symptoms are related to PMS. If you only see the heavier discharge within the few days of your period, this is probably normal.

Possibly Yeast: Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness &amp; itching of the vulva; burning with urination &amp; vaginal intercourse &amp; a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.
