Lots of Reasons: When pregnant, there are so many things going on.  Your hormones are very different causing your ligaments to stretch quite a bit especially in the pelvis resulting in pain.  Also the baby's position can place stress on your spine resulting in bulging discs or even herniated disks causing the sciatica pain.  Recommend seeing a pregnancy specialized therapist that can guide you through this.

Lots of things: People with pain in the "stomach" may be experiencing a variety of problems from  "gas" to more threatening conditions.  You really need to be evaluated in person by a doctor in a clinic or ER or urgent care setting to determine how best to proceed.

Severs disease: This condition effects the growth plate of the heel. It is a condition of children...  The pain can differ from child to child, depending on their activity. Treatment is usually conservative. See a specialist and don't let the child suffer.

Possibly: An early twenties female with low back pain worse in bed might have pelvic girdle instability due to sacroiliac joint ligament laxity; worsened by mattress ground force torque of loose pelvic girdle; usually better lying on good side with pillow vs. Knees & soft mattress best. If vertebral disorder & disk problem then moderately firm mattress is better & discomfort usually worsens when upright.

?where is pain?: Based on this information, hard for me to assess whether you fractured a bone, herniated a disc, have a post-traumatic headache, tore your rotator cuff, injured your hip, or traumatized a nerve.  If the pain is truly immobilizing, please go to a nearby hospital emergency dept and get this fully checked out.

Normal: If it does not resolve in a week, call your doctor to see what options you may have regarding this increased pain.  Although uncommon, it can happen and usually will go away on its own. You could try taking some Anti-inflammory medications (ibuprofen, naproxen) round the clock for the next few days and even ice the area 20min on and 20 min off.

See your doc: Depending on what part of your back is affected, how you fell and how far you fell along with other general information can help determine what type of injury you may have sustained.  If you fell over 5 feet onto a hard surface, you should get evaluated sooner than later especially if the pain is severe.

Difficult: Past experiences typically can act like a predisposition rather than increasing resistance.  You would need a consult with a pain center or a psychologist or a psychiatrist to assess your situation specifically.
