See a physician: Unfortunately, there are many conditions that can cause those symptoms, from very mild (like ear infections, sinus infections, etc.) to more serious. Many mechanisms: Would check for thyroid and anemia problems, but also blood pressure and cardiac events.  The constellation of symptoms could be inner ear, and Meniere's might be considered.  Some of this occurs in a whole variety of systemic illnesses, and even neurological disorders.  Hard to pin down based upon this description, but a Concierge visit may help.

Very dangerous: The cause of your symptoms is the 15 pills you took yesterday.  That is a large quantity of a class of drug (benzodiazepine ) that can kill you in large doses.  This is especially dangerous if mixed with alcohol.  What I wonder is why you,took so many.  That would be urgent to discuss with your doctor or,if you go,to urgent care or the ER?

If just a day or two, I would suggest an inner ear inflammation called labarynthitis, often associated with an upper respiratory infection. If longer, perhaps benign positional vertigo, Most doctors don't differentiate between dizziness and lightheadedness; vertigo is spinning. The vision patches..floaters. Discuss all with Doc.
