Pubic hair: Your hair loss may not be due to an STD, but rather may be due to an endocrine proble involving your pititary or thyroid gland. See a gynecological endocrinologist

Take a deep breath!: Ok...So no discharge right?  Whatever this ends up being it was probably caused from the guy doing oral on you (you said bottomed..So not top at all right?).  To be on the safe side i'd treat you for chlamydia.  How many days has it been since?  No fevers or chills either right?  I don't think its herpes either.  Chlamydia can act like this with guys though.  Just be careful.  Use condoms!

No: These do not affect std testing.  We use test that are usually only affected by improper sampling technique ot medications.

EBV? CMV? Unrelated?: Most likely just coincidence, unrelated to the sexual exposure. But possibly Epstein Barr virus (mononucleosis) or cytomegalovirus (CMV), but you’re older than average for both of these. In any case, probably nothing serious. But for maximum security, play it safe and be retested after ~6 weeks for HIV and syphilis.

PMD and JHS: A twenties female with unexplained &quot;butt&quot; pain (sciatica) ; &quot;painful cycles&quot; (premenstral disorder, pmd) might have loose pelvic girdle joints, which become even more loose as the hormone relaxin is secreted during each menses. These symptoms are magnified in women with joint hypermobility syndrome (jhs), who have similar intensities of painful sciatica ;  pelvic-back pain during pregnancy.

i tested negative to hiv 1 & 2 antibody/antigen (4th gen), herpes 1 & 2, hepatitis a, b & c, chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis. 7 months after a risky exposure. what other stds should i test for. having hair loss. have a wart near groin?

: I assume throat culture has been negative. No exposure to tobacco,unusual spicy foods, No GERD. No allergies or chronic nasal congestion. No exposure to environmental irritants. No mononucleosis. A consultation at a department of otolaryngology at university hospital near you would be my recommendation.

Yes: Hearing loss can occur congenital syphilis, latent syphilis and neurosyphilis.
