Infection, maybe STD: Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, green, etc) suggests infection, including STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas, assuming you are sexually active. And and the tags you chose show STDs are on your mind. Possibly bacterial vaginosis, but BV and trichomonas usually cause odor. Presence of blood also goes along with infections like STDs. Get examined and tested ASAP.

See a doctor: Various non-STD problems could also cause this. But no way to even guess the cause in any particular case. You'll have to see a doctor (preferably a gynecologist) for diagnosis and treatment.

Yeast or Bacteria: Either one can cause your symptoms & should be treated to avoid pprom (preterm premature rupture of membranes) or preterm labor (ptl). Call your OB to get treated or go to your delivery unit for an exam. Take care.

Why?: There are some natural conditions with loss of pigment - some extreme like albinos - and some inflammatory conditions as well.  These are not good things.  So why would you want to lose pigment? Is it to alter your eye color?  There is no way to do this naturally or otherwise on purpose.  You can change your eye color with colored contact lenses.

Hymen, not vagina: The hymen is a thin web or sheet of tissue partly across the opening of the vagina, which does tear when you first have intercourse (or with other injury). The vagina itself is made of stretchy tissue & strong muscles and will not tear. Once the hymen is torn it does not grow back. It's normal to bleed a few drops with first intercourse, but no damage. People have been doing it for 1000s of years!

Dont stop trying.: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber.  Avoid refined sugar &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda &amp; caffeinated beverages.  Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed.  Do both cardio &amp; weight training.
